Welcome to Bonvyer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bonvyer platform, including all features, content, and services offered through bonvyer.com ("the Platform"). By accessing or using Bonvyer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Bonvyer is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Platform. By creating a profile, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Providing false age information is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in an immediate and permanent ban. We reserve the right to report suspected cases of underage access to relevant authorities.
By using Bonvyer, you also confirm that you are not prohibited from using the service under the laws of your country of residence.
Bonvyer does not require a traditional account with email or password. Instead, a randomly generated user ID is stored in your browser. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and browser session.
You agree not to use the Platform in any way that impersonates another person or entity, or that misrepresents your identity or affiliation.
You agree to use Bonvyer only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects other users. You are solely responsible for all content you transmit via the Platform.

The following is strictly prohibited on Bonvyer. Violations may result in immediate termination of access, IP bans, and in serious cases, reporting to law enforcement:
Bonvyer operates an automated AI moderation system that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This system analyzes camera feeds for prohibited content. By using the Platform, you explicitly consent to this automated monitoring.
In addition to automated moderation, our team may manually review flagged sessions, reports, and associated screenshots. Manual moderation may be triggered by user reports or automated system flags.
During active sessions, periodic screenshots of camera feeds may be captured for moderation purposes. These are stored temporarily as described in our Privacy Policy. When a user submits a report, a screenshot of the reported user's camera is automatically captured as evidence.
We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations, including warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, and reporting to law enforcement.
Bonvyer enforces bans at multiple levels: by user ID, by IP address, and by IP range. Bans may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity of the violation.
Users who are temporarily banned due to automated NSFW detection will have their account status reviewed. Users who are permanently banned may not create new accounts. Attempting to circumvent a ban by creating a new profile is a violation of these Terms.
Bonvyer's decisions regarding bans are final. We do not offer a formal appeals process at this time, though you may contact us at [email protected] if you believe a ban was applied in error.
You are encouraged to report users who violate these Terms using the in-session report feature. You may report a user once per session. Each report is categorized by reason and reviewed by our moderation team.
False or malicious reports submitted with the intent to harm another user may result in action being taken against the reporting user.
The Bonvyer name, logo, design, and all associated content are the property of the Platform operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Platform. By using Bonvyer, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating the moderation system.
Bonvyer uses third-party services to operate, including but not limited to cloud hosting providers and content delivery networks. Your use of the Platform is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties where applicable.
WebRTC video connections are established peer-to-peer. TURN relay servers may be used to facilitate connections where direct peer-to-peer connections are not possible. These relay servers do not store your video or audio data.
Bonvyer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or communications of users on the Platform. You interact with other users at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to exercise caution and use the report feature if you encounter inappropriate behavior.
Bonvyer does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any content transmitted by users during video or text chat sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Bonvyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress, arising from:
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Bonvyer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bonvyer at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.
You may stop using Bonvyer at any time by closing your browser and clearing your local storage.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bonvyer regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
